Every student enrolled for a program will comply with the Code of Conduct mentioned herein below. In the event of non-compliance, Arena Animation reserves the right to suspend, debar, or expel the student, or cancel the admission and forfeit the amount paid towards the fees for the said course.

  1. Students must observe decorum while attending classes.
  2. Students will be allowed to appear for exams only if their attendance is at least 75%.
  3. Students must abide by all laws and not engage in any act of turpitude.
  4. Rules related to the usage of infrastructure must be strictly followed.
  5. All academic material provided is for personal use only and must not be transferred or sold.
  6. Students must submit attested copies of educational certificates, age proof, and residential address proof (permanent and current) at the time of admission.
  7. Students must collect their computer-generated Aptrack booking confirmation from the counsellors and make fee payments as per the schedule.
  8. All fees are due on or before the 10th of every month. A late fee will be charged for delayed payments.
  9. Failure to pay fees before the last day of the month will result in the student being marked as a financial dropout and barred from attending classes.
  10. Placement assistance is available for students enrolled in eligible courses, with criteria based on company terms and conditions.
  11. Eligible students will receive a minimum of three interview opportunities. Additional interviews are at the discretion of the center.
  12. Students rejecting a job offer from a participating company will not be eligible for further placement assistance.
  13. Students must submit a "Placement Testimonial" within three days of self-placement.
  14. Certificates will be issued only after full payment of fees.
  15. Placement eligibility requires proper registration and submission of academic qualification proof.
  16. Students enrolled in Onlinevarsity-enabled courses will receive access accordingly.
  17. Students must collect receipts for fee payments and ensure that details are uploaded on the Aptrack Portal. Aptrack receipts are the only conclusive evidence of fee payment.
